Aussi, sauf dispositions contraires contenues dans votre accord d’entreprise ou, à défaut, dans votre convention collective, vous pouvez tout à fait demander à vos salariés de venir travailler ce jour-là.
Précision : en principe, les jours fériés ordinaires sont des jours chômés pour les jeunes de moins de 18 ans et pour les salariés des cabinets du Haut-Rhin, du Bas-Rhin et de la Moselle.
Sachez par ailleurs, que la loi ne prévoit aucune majoration de rémunération pour les salariés qui travaillent le 11 novembre. Néanmoins, prenez le soin de vérifier votre convention collective qui peut être plus favorable aux salariés !
