L’Assurance maladie propose deux aides financières aux cabinets de moins de 50 salariés qui engagent une démarche de prévention des troubles musculo-squelettiques (TMS).
Ainsi, d’une part, ils peuvent bénéficier de l’aide « TMS Pros Diagnostic » pour financer la réalisation, en externe, d’un diagnostic et d’un plan d’actions de prévention des TMS et/ou pour former un salarié afin qu’il accomplisse ces missions. Plafonnée à 25 000 €, cette aide peut couvrir 70 % des dépenses hors taxes engagées par l’employeur à ce titre.
D’autre part, l’aide « TMS Pros Action » peut leur être allouée pour l’achat de matériel et/ou d’équipements visant à réduire les contraintes physiques ou pour former les salariés exposés à ces risques. Également plafonnée à 25 000 €, cette aide finance 50 % du prix hors taxes des achats réalisés par le cabinet.
En pratique, l’employeur qui souhaite bénéficier d’une aide doit la réserver auprès de sa caisse régionale (Carsat, Carmif ou CGSS) au plus tard le 15 juillet 2017.
Attention : seuls les cabinets respectant certaines conditions ont droit à ces primes. Ils doivent notamment être affiliés au régime général de la Sécurité sociale, être à jour du paiement de leurs cotisations sociales, avoir élaboré et mis à jour le document unique d’évaluation des risques professionnels.
