La réduction générale de cotisations patronales de Sécurité sociale, couramment appelée « réduction Fillon », a été largement remaniée en 2015 pour faire en sorte que l’employeur ne paie plus de cotisations sociales pour une rémunération égale au Smic.
Rappel : la réduction Fillon s’applique sur les cotisations patronales maladie-maternité-invalidité-décès, vieillesse, allocations familiales et accidents du travail ainsi qu’à la contribution Fnal et à la contribution solidarité autonomie.
Compte tenu notamment de l’augmentation en début d’année de la cotisation d’assurance vieillesse déplafonnée et de la cotisation patronale d’assurance maladie et afin d’assurer un maintien de ce dispositif « zéro charges », de nouveaux paramètres de calcul de la réduction Fillon sont entrés en vigueur. Ainsi, les formules de calcul de la réduction Fillon sont les suivantes depuis le 1er janvier 2017 :
