Vous avez très certainement entendu parler du compte personnel d’activité tant les communications du gouvernement sur ce nouveau dispositif sont nombreuses. Mais en quoi consiste-t-il exactement ?
Le compte personnel d’activité – ou CPA – est un outil regroupant le compte personnel de formation, le compte personnel de prévention de la pénibilité et le compte d’engagement citoyen. Son but est d’assurer une portabilité des droits de son titulaire tout au long de sa carrière professionnelle.
Rappel : le compte d’engagement citoyen permet de recenser certaines activités (bénévolat associatif, maître d’apprentissage, réserve militaire…) et de se voir octroyer, en contrepartie, des heures de formation.
Ainsi, depuis le 1er janvier dernier, un CPA est ouvert à toute personne âgée d’au moins 16 ans qui travaille, cherche un emploi ou est accompagnée dans un projet d’orientation ou d’insertion professionnelle. Il est clos lors du décès de son titulaire.
Précision : le CPA s’adresse aussi bien aux salariés qu’aux travailleurs non salariés. Si ces derniers n’ont pas accès au compte pénibilité, ils peuvent cumuler des droits au titre du compte d’engagement citoyen. Et, à partir du 1er janvier 2018, ils bénéficieront d’un compte de formation.
Concrètement, son titulaire accède au CPA en créant un compte personnel sur le site Internet www.moncompteactivite.gouv.fr.
Ce portail lui permet notamment de consulter les heures de formation dont il dispose ainsi que les droits acquis au titre du compte pénibilité. C’est également par ce biais qu’il déclare les activités comprises dans le compte d’engagement citoyen.
