Mis en place en 2020, ce régime était jusqu’à présent réservé aux médecins et étudiants en médecine exerçant une activité libérale accessoire de remplacement. Il permet de déclarer les revenus inférieurs ou égaux à 19 000 € par an (avant abattement forfaitaire de 34 %), mensuellement ou trimestriellement, via un téléservice de l’Urssaf et d’acquitter les cotisations sociales (sauf la cotisation invalidité-décès) via un versement unique calculé en application d’un taux global (13,5 %).
